Spyke is a workout tracking app published by Vincent Duong (independent developer), reachable at vincent.duong.dev@gmail.com. By creating an account or using Spyke, you agree to these terms.
Spyke lets you track your workouts (strength training, weightlifting, cardio), film your sets, manage your programs and back up your progress online to restore it on another device. The app is currently free. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future; their conditions (price, duration, cancellation) will be clearly presented before any purchase.
You agree not to disrupt the service, in particular not to attempt to access other users’ data, bypass security mechanisms, or place abusive load on the service (automation, intentional overload).
Spyke is a tracking tool, not a medical device nor a medical advice or personal coaching service. The content provided (exercise guides, voice coach cues) is for informational purposes only. Physical training carries risks: consult a health professional before starting or intensifying a training program, and adapt your practice to your physical condition.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the app (including data loss following a technical incident, temporary unavailability of the service, or consequences of inappropriate training practice). Nothing in these terms excludes the publisher’s liability in case of gross or intentional misconduct, nor deprives a consumer of rights guaranteed by law.
These terms may evolve along with the app. The last update date appears at the top of this document; notable changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
